Our services are available exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom. We collect data required to maintain the integrity of our private network, including: Invitation codes, device fingerprints, and KYC/AML documentation required by UK law.

3. Data Sovereignty
All client data is encrypted at rest and stored exclusively on secure servers located within the United Kingdom. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA unless strictly necessary for the execution of a client-initiated international transaction.

4. Your Rights
Under UK law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may also object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact the Concierge. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

2. Eligibility
Services are strictly limited to individuals who are: (a) Residents of the United Kingdom, (b) At least 18 years of age, and (c) In possession of a valid Invitation Code issued by the Bank.

3. The Current Account
The Bank of Jake Current Account is a private facility. We reserve the right to decline any application or close any account at our sole discretion, without providing a reason, subject to applicable UK banking regulations.

4. The Obsidian Card
The physical card remains the property of Bank of Jake and must be returned or destroyed upon account closure. The card may only be used by the named account holder.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
